Fall 2025 - Taking deposits for 1/4s, 1/2s, and whole cows.

$7.50 Per pound if ordering a 1/4 or 1/2 cow

$7.25Per pound if ordering a whole cow

All processing of meat is included in price, no hidden fees. $200 deposit per 1/4 of beef.

Estimated Total Cost per quarter is based on 175 pound hanging weight, ~$1,300

What does a 1/4 beef include?

These are the standard cuts that most customers want. Because there are 4 people buying the cow, customization is limited.

-Steaks are cut 3/4 inch thick, and packaged individually usually around 1 to 1.25 pounds

-Ground meat is in 1lb individual packages

-Everything is vacuum sealed, dated, and frozen when you pick it up.

-A 1/4 cow will fill 1 standard freezer ( 7 cubic feet ) I recommend the following freezer 6.9cuft Freezer @ Lowes
