We support regenerative agriculture, sustaining our soil health and producing all of our own pesticide- and herbicide-free grass and winter hay.

Our cows live the best life; they are rotationally grazed, always consuming fresh grass at the optimal stage of growth.  The fields in Connecticut are relatively small requiring us to move our herd to different fields around town.  You can often see us with a cattle trailer in tow heading to greener grass.  It’s more work to do it this way, but the final product is beef in its most perfect form.
